All-weather shelters to come up by Dec 15 – Times of India

With three lives lost and 17 temporary shelters gutted in the past one year, the Delhi government has the paved the way for weather-resistant and fire-retardant model shelters. Twenty-one such shelters are expected to be ready by December 15.
