Product Characteristics

CHEERSIL 8537 silicone resin intermediate is a kind of organosilicon resin with low molecular weight and functional group containing phenyl, methyl and reactive methoxy. Through the transesterification reaction of methoxy with carboxyl, hydroxyl and other reactive groups in organic resin to forming Si-O-C structure, CHEERSIL 8537 can be copolymerized with organic resin, and has good compatibility with organic resin.

CHEERSIL 8537 silicone resin intermediate can be used for modified copolymerization of polyester resin, alkyd resin, acrylic resin and other organic resins to improve their heat resistance, weather resistance, flexibility, impact resistance and insulation. These modified resin can be used for the production of coatings, paints or inks which is applied to outdoor construction, steel, kitchen utensils, electrical appliances and other industries.


Packaging and Storage

  • CHEERSIL 8537 phenyl silicone resin is packed in a 200L closed steel drum with a net weight of 200KG each.
  • The product is stored in a sealed state at normal temperature, and the validity period is 12 months from the date of production.
